The general C type is the most easy to synthesize. The A, B, and D types are obtained by decomposition of AlH3 [PO4] 2. 3H2O or ALH3 [PO4] 2. H2O amorphous aluminum phosphate under 150~200 C, but it is difficult to synthesize and separate the single substance.
