I. production principle

3. Operating process

(1) phosphorus pentoxide method

The yellow phosphorus is melted by the melting tank and then flows into the combustion furnace. After oxidation, it is cooled by the sedimentation chamber to obtain phosphorus pentoxide. It is stirred and mixed with soda ash in a ratio of 1:0.8, placed in a graphite crucible, melt-polymerized at 750-850 ° C, and then quickly taken out and cooled in a cooling tray to obtain a transparent glassy sodium hexametaphosphate. .

(2) sodium dihydrogen phosphate method


The sodium dihydrogen phosphate is dried and dehydrated, then placed in a graphite crucible and heated at a temperature of 700-800 ° C for 1-5 hours. Finally, it is rapidly cooled to obtain industrial grade sodium hexametaphosphate. For example, sodium hexametaphosphate can be used to purify and remove impurities such as arsenic and lead.
