The formula for bleaching powder required to bleach 100 kg of straw is as follows
1000kg of water; 10~11kg of sodium pyrophosphate; 10~20kg of double hydrogen water [30%]; 1kg of solid caustic soda; 2Kg of insurance powder.
Operation process

In a bleaching vessel, 1000 kg of water was added. Heat 70~80 °C, then add 10~11kg sodium pyrophosphate. After the sodium pyrophosphate is dissolved, add 18~20kg of dihydrogen water, quickly add 100kg of grass, and mix well. Keep it at 50~60 °C for one day and night (to achieve 70% bleaching). Measure the pH value if the pH is around 7. Need to add solid caustic soda to adjust its PH value of 8, continue to keep warm until the required Baidu. Then add 2kg of insurance powder quickly in the solution, keep it for one night, take it out and wash it with water, then dry it as finished product.
