The inorganic bonded solid lubrication film has better high temperature resistance than the organic bonded film. Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate bonded graphite solid lubrication film was prepared by spraying. The contact wear properties of the film under 100N dry friction were tested on the M-2000 wear tester. The surface morphology before and after wear was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The wear test shows that high temperature baking is beneficial to remove part of moisture and denser structure. The wear rate of pure graphite coating after high temperature baking is the lowest, and the wear rate is 0.038 mg/m (unit stroke wear rate) in the 50 min test cycle. Proper addition of inorganic particles in the coating is conducive to the formation of island structure reinforcement and the prevention of crack propagation.
