Application of Solid Liquid Aluminum Dihydrogen Phosphate

Usage: Mainly used in electric industry, high temperature kiln, heat treatment resistance furnace, ceramic building, electrical insulation, etc. It is used as binder for refractory materials of high temperature kiln, such as refractory amorphous materials and phosphoric acid brick. Its products are used in blast furnace and hot blast furnace, open hearth, ladle, electric furnace, non-ferrous smelting soaking furnace, heating furnace, hard kiln, rotary kiln, glass melting furnace, coke oven and tunnel. It is also used in various primers and primers, as well as in primers and primers. It has good affinity with varnishes, and can also be used with various rust-proof pigments to produce various high-performance anticorrosive coatings. 1) Solid: Mainly used in refractory spraying coatings, cement, castables, ramming materials, phosphate bricks, etc. Features: at room temperature and refractory aggregates, hardeners, etc. after mixing at 90-110 C for 4-24 hours at constant temperature, after drying at 350-500 C, it has high flexural, compressive and hydration resistance, even in water immersion or boiling does not soften.

2) Liquids: mainly used as binders in refractory spraying coatings, fireclay, castables and foundry industries, used in the production of corundum, chromium corundum nozzles and chromium steel zirconium corundum bricks for coal water slurry gasifier in refractory industry; features: easy mixing, forming, especially suitable for site construction.
