Al(H2PO4)3(AHP ) solution was prepared by 85% phosphoric acid solution and pure Al(OH)3 powder with a P/Al atomic number ratio of 3 / 1.04. Al(H2PO4)3 impregnant was modified by nano SiO2 and superfine SiC powder. SEM, EDS and XRD were used to analyze the composition and surface characteristics of the prepared aluminum phosphate matrix material. The results show that when Al(H2PO4)3 is sintered in air at 1300 ℃, the product is a mixture of Al(PO3)3 and AlPO4. However, when sintered in nitrogen atmosphere, the product is mainly AlPO4 and the sintering degree is high. Nano - SiO2 _ 2 is more beneficial to the formation of aluminum phosphate compact film than superfine SiC powder.
