Can aluminum dihydrogen phosphate improve the effect of flame retardant
Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and silicate refractory aggregate are mixed to prepare flame retardant coating. Now, a kind of intumescent flame retardant coating is introduced. The flame retardant coating uses spraying or daubing method to treat wood fibers. When heated, the hydroxyl groups of phosphoric acid and silicic acid can dehydrate to form stable polymorph compounds, which make the coating firmer and form a heat-insulating fireproof layer together with expanded perlite and vermiculite. In the flame retardant coating, the amount of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate has a great influence on the flame retardant performance. Practice has proved that the flame retardant effect is best when aluminum dihydrogen phosphate is 20% ~ 50% of the solid weight.
