How to use polyaluminium chloride

(1) How to use yellow polyaluminum chloride 1. The beaker coagulation test should be carried out according to the water quality, and the best dosage should be selected and applied. 2. The solid product needs to be dissolved and diluted before being placed. The dilution ratio of the solid product is generally 2-5% (diluted by the alumina content), and the dilution amount is determined according to the water quality to be treated. After the agitation is completely dissolved, it is added according to the optimal dosage determined by the beaker coagulation test. 3. The liquid product can be directly delivered or diluted. The dilution ratio of the liquid product is 2-5% (diluted by the alumina content). The liquid product is supplied in an amount of 3-40 g/ton, and the specific dosage is based on the beaker coagulation test.

(2) Method of using white polyaluminium chloride in paper sizing: The solid product is formulated into a liquid product having a content of 10%, and 1.5-3.0% of the liquid product is added to the slurry to be sized, and stirred. It can be thoroughly mixed with the slurry. Its usage is the same as that of aluminum sulfate, and it is calculated as 2%-3% according to the dry paper. The solid product is formulated into a liquid product having a content of 10%, and a liquid product of 1.5 to 3.0% is added to the slurry to be sized, and stirred to sufficiently mix with the slurry.

1. This product is a partial acid product. It is forbidden to be stored together with alkaline substances (such as bleach, lime, etc.), otherwise the product will fail.
2, solid products are easy to absorb moisture, easy to consolidate due to moisture, so store in a dry, cool and ventilated place.
3, solid product stacking should not be too high (<2m), and isolated from the surface of the tide.
4. Under the condition of good packaging, the solid shelf life is one year, and the liquid shelf life is half a year.
