Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate bonded corundum castable

The refractory castable was prepared with corundum as aggregate and powder and some binders. It has higher mechanical strength and abrasion resistance than high alumina refractory castables and mullite refractory castables. Mainly used as lining materials for boilers, blast furnaces, heating furnaces, ceramic kilns and other kilns.

In the production of corundum castables, a large number of amorphous refractory mixtures are formed, which will lead to premature setting of the mixtures. Therefore, direct use of aluminium dihydrogen phosphate will improve product efficiency and quality.

Characteristic: After mixing with refractory aggregate and hardener at room temperature, high bonding strength can be formed at 90-110 C for 4-24 hours at constant temperature. After drying at 350-500 C, it has high flexural, compressive and hydration resistance, and does not soften even when soaked or boiled in water.

Colorless, odorless and viscous liquid or white powder. Easy to dissolve in water, solidify at room temperature, strong combination of liquid and solidification, high temperature resistance, vibration resistance, peeling resistance, high temperature air erosion resistance.
