In the production of sodium tripolyphosphate, waste residue, waste liquid and waste gas will be produced, and the three wastes must be disposed of. How should we handle it correctly?
1. Treatment of waste residue:
In the one-step production of empty tower, the waste residue produced is crystalline phosphate and non-conforming product in production, which can be treated by recycling, which does not affect the quality of the product, and can also reduce the consumption of main raw materials.
2. Treatment of waste liquid:
In the one-step production of empty towers, the waste liquid produced is phosphorus-containing wastewater. Since the preparation of the soda ash solution in production requires a large amount of water addition, the phosphorus-containing wastewater can be completely recovered.
3. Treatment of exhaust gas:
In the one-step production of empty towers, there are two links that generate exhaust gas. One is the neutralization reaction process; the other is the spray tower tail gas. The main component of the exhaust gas generated during the neutralization reaction is carbon dioxide, which has a very high purity and can be made into a "dry ice" product after separating the water. In the spray tower exhaust gas, phosphate is fully recovered during dust removal and washing. Other components are mainly impurities from fuel gas and carbon dioxide generated during combustion. As long as the fuel gas is clean, it can meet or exceed strict national environmental standards.
